Shipping Policy Thank you for shopping at Urban Essentials!
We strive to provide a smooth and transparent shipping experience. Please review the following information regarding our shipping policies.

Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 3-6 business days. Processing time may be longer during peak seasons, holidays or change in global political/economical landscape. You will be notified of any significant delays.

Processing time refers to the time it takes for us to prepare your order for shipment, not the total delivery time.

Order Confirmation
As soon as you place your order, we will pre-authorize card however your card may or may not be charged. We will then contact our supplier to confirm that the product you have purchased is available for immediate shipment. Once confirmed we will process the payment and your order will be dispatched straight away. If there is any delay such as an item which is on backorder, we will void the pre-authorization and contact you accordingly.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We offer the following shipping options: List your shipping options, e.g., Standard Shipping, Expedited Shipping, Free Shipping (If applicable).

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of your order. You can view the shipping cost before completing your purchase. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are based on the shipping carrier's estimates. These are estimates only and actual delivery times may vary. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier. International shipping, include customs fees, duties, and taxes.

Order Delivery
Once your order has been placed, assuming it is in stock and available for dispatch, we will charge your card/bank and your order will be dispatched within 3-6 business days. We'll send you the tracking details by email/text withing 24-72 hours of your order being dispatched. If you have not received tracking details withing 6 working days, please reach out to us via email at uessentials.co@gmail.com to further investigate.

International Shipping
We offer international shipping to many major countries. Please note that international shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees, which are the responsibility of the recipient. These charges are not included in the shipping cost at checkout. You may be required to pay these fees upon delivery. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information about potential charges.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email (in 3-6 business days) with a tracking number. You can track the status of your shipment by clicking on the tracking link provided in the email or by visiting the carrier's website and entering your tracking number. You can also track your order through your account on our website (if available).

Shipping Address
Please ensure that you provide a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. 

If you need to update your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee that we will be able to make changes once the order has been processed.

Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship our products to customer in Canada. We offer international shipping to select countries (if available). Please contact us for a quote and to confirm availability.

Please note - We strive to ship/deliver our products as soon as possible. However, during promotional periods, or changes in the international economic affairs, order processing and shipping times may change/increase. We will keep you updated with any changes.

Lost or Damaged Packages
We ask that you thoroughly inspect all items at the point of delivery. We advise you not to accept delivery for any damaged items. If you discover that an item has been damaged, please send clear photos of the damages items to uessentials.co@gmail.com so that we can open a claim with our supplier or carrier on your behalf.

If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us immediately. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible. We will either reship the order or issue a refund, depending on the situation or at the discretion of our supplier (no guarantee).

Cancellations or Refunds
Any orders cancelled after 12 hours of placing the order may be subject to additional fees. If your order has been dispatched, you (the buyer) will be responsible for any cost associated with returning the item. Any refunds can only be issued to the same payment method which was used to place the order.
